The Hello Mazda of San Diego Finance Department is here to help you maintain your new Mazda and save on repairs and regular maintenance.
As described in your Owner’s Manual, part of your ownership responsibility is maintaining your vehicle according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule. With a Hello maintenance plan… is easy to stay on track. We offer three different maintenance plans, from doing just your regular oil and filter changes and tire rotations to covering additional wear items such as engine and cabin air filters, wiper blades, brake pads and more. Maintenance plans are available for both new and pre-owned vehicles for up to 5 years and 75,000 miles.
Your new Mazda comes standard with a three-year or 36,000-mile limited factory warranty and a five-year 60,000-mile powertrain warranty. The 3/36 warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects, but after the warranty expires, your powertrain warranty is limited to the lubricated parts of your vehicle’s engine and transmission. If you’re planning to keep your vehicle beyond the 3-years where Mazda protects it, there’s a “gap” in coverage for high-tech components… Like iActivsense (Eye Active Sense) Safety… your Mazda Connect Infotainment unit… and the non-lubricated parts of your engine and transmission that keep your car running smoothly over the long haul. You may want to consider protecting your investment with a Vehicle Service Contract.
Consider upgrading your CPO Powertrain Warranty to the more inclusive certified pre-owned wraparound coverage. Our most popular Platinum wraps cover almost every component of your vehicle…
